  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 c. sweet milk
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • 1 tsp. butternut flavoring
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

    Cream sugar and Crisco.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.

    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
