  • 12 oz. butterscotch morsels
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 2 c. graham cracker mix crumbs
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Melt morsels and butter.

    Stir in crumbs and nuts.

    Press 1/2 in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Beat cream cheese.

    Add Eagle Brand milk, egg and vanilla until smooth; pour over crust.

    Add remaining crust and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
