  • 1/2 cup KRAFT* Light Crunchy Peanut Spread
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 1/4 cups self-raising flour, sifted
  • 1/4 cup caster sugar
  • 30g butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup low-fat milk

Directions

    Combine peanut butter and honey in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth.

    Cool slightly.

    Place flour, sugar, butter and salt into a food processor and process until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

    Add enough milk to form a sticky dough.

    Knead on a lightly floured board until smooth.

    Roll dough into a 17x30cm rectangle, spread with peanut mixture.

    Roll up from the long end, like a Swiss roll.

    Slice roll into 3cm slices and place on lined baking trays, cut side up.

    Bake in a moderately hot oven 200C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
