- 1 medium cabbage head
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Cut cabbage into small pieces.

2Fry in skillet with cooking oil.

3When almost tender, place hamburger, rolled into 1-inch balls, on top of cabbage.

4Salt and pepper to taste.

5Cover with lid.

6Turn once or twice and cook until meatballs are done.
