- 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown the beef and onion together; drain.

2Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

3Put layer of cabbage and half of the beef mixture.

4Add another layer of cabbage and the remainder of the beef.

5Sprinkle a little cabbage on top and pour the undiluted tomato soup on top.

6Cover with foil and bake in oven for 55 minutes.

7Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

8Makes 8 to 10 servings.
