  • 1 head cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 green peppers, sliced
  • 4 carrots, thinly sliced
  • small size cheese crackers, crushed
  • basil flakes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can milk
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook cabbage, onions, green peppers and carrots together in water until tender-crisp.

    Drain.

    Layer vegetables, cracker crumbs, basil and soup.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese over top. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
