- 1 cabbage (medium)
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 3/4 c. raw rice
- 1 large onion, chopped small
- 1 tsp. salt
- red and black pepper to your taste
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. each: chili powder, chopped bell pepper and dry parsley flakes
Directions

1Remove core of cabbage; discard.

2Bring to boil in rice cooker with 2 cups water.

3Turn off until needed.

4Mix other ingredients well.

5Put 2 tablespoons of mixture in each cabbage loaf.

6Fold and place in large pot with oil and water.

7Cook until tender.

8May also be cooked in rice cooker.
