  • 6 pieces pork tenderloin with fat removed
  • margarine
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • onions, peppers or almonds (optional)

Directions

    Brown pork pieces in margarine in an electric frying pan. Take pork out and set aside.

    Add the soup and 1 can of water to pan; stir.

    Return pork to pan; simmer until done.

    Serve with yellow rice.
