- 16 cabbage leaves
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans tomato soup
- 32 oz. can tomato juice
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves.

2Let stand 5 minutes and drain.

3Season meat; add onion, rice and egg.

4Roll a portion of filling into each cabbage leaf.

5Fasten with toothpick.

6Place in large oven pan.

7Pour over tomato soup and juice.

8Bake in oven, covered, at 375° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
