- 1 lb. lean pork
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 3/4 c. rice (raw)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 12 cabbage leaves, wilted
- 3 c. tomatoes, stewed
Directions

1Put pork and onion through food chopper.

2Add salt, pepper, sage, thyme and rice.

3Wilt cabbage leaves in boiling water, 3 to 5 minutes.

4Drain leaves; put rice and meat mixture inside cabbage leaf.

5Roll up and fasten with toothpicks.

6Place in baking dish and pour in seasoned tomatoes over stuffed leaves.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
