- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 14 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 12 cup crouton
Directions

1In a small bowl, whisk together the grated cheese, lemon juice, yogurt, olive oil, mustard and Worcestershire sauce; season to taste with salt and pepper.

2Toss romaine and croutons with 1/4 cup dressing.
