- 2 cups freshly brewed coffee
- 2/3 cup white rum
- 3 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 slices lime with coffee powder, for decoration
Directions

1Dissolve the sugar in the coffee then allow to cool.

2Add rum and lime juice then pour into 2 glasses. Top with a dollop of cream and decorate the glass with a slice of lime, powdered with coffee.
