Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 bags O'Brien frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 c. grated cheeses (Monterey Jack, Cheddar)
  • spices: garlic salt, salt and pepper and seasoning salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredient in large bowl.

    Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch (or larger) pan.

    Add spices to top.

    Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
