  • 1 lb. candied cherries
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 8 c. pecans

    Mix well with hands; pack and press tightly in a pan with a hole in middle.
