Candy Corn Jello

Directions

   Lightly spray a 9 x 13 glass baking dish with vegetable spray. Clear a space in your refrigerator to accommodate this baking dish.

   Measure out 1/2 cup COLD water into a medium bowl. Sprinkle on 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin. Shake the bowl a bit to make sure all the gelatin gets absorbed into the water. Allow this to sit for 5 minutes, and then stir in 1 1/2 cups of BOILING water. Whisk to combine. Whisk in the sweetened condensed milk. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and allow to set up in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

   Boil 2 cups of water and whisk in the orange Jello. Allow to sit at room temperature for about half an hour in order to cool down a bit, but not long enough to set up. Pour the orange Jello on top of the white Jello. Allow to set up in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

   Then boil 2 cups of water and whisk in the yellow Jello. Allow to sit at room temperature for about half an hour in order to cool down a bit, but not long enough to set up. Pour the yellow Jello on top of the orange Jello. Allow to set up in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

   Run a knife along the edge of the pan to loosen the Jello. Place a large cutting board on top of the pan. Say a prayer and flip the Candy Corn Jello onto the cutting board.

   Cut the Candy Corn Jello into desired shapes and enjoy!
