- 8 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 gal. water
Directions

1Put salt, vinegar and water in large pan and boil for 1 minute.

2Add okra and cook until okra changes color.

3Set off the stove and dip the okra into hot canning jars with a slotted spoon. Seal.
