- 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped citron
- 12 cannoli shells
Directions

1Combine Ricotta cheese, whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla in blender until mixture is quite thick.

2Fold in coarsely chopped chocolate and citron.

3Stuff into cannoli shells shortly before serving.

4Sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with half a candied cherry at either end, if desired.
