- 15 c. popped corn
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Divide popcorn between 2 cake pans.

2Heat sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt, stirring occasionally, until bubbly around edges. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

3Remove from heat and stir in soda (will be foamy).

4Cover popcorn with caramel sauce and bake at 200° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
