  • 8 qt. popcorn, popped
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. white corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. maple flavor

Directions

    Boil mixture together 5 minutes.

    Take off heat and stir in 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.

    Pour over popcorn.

    Bake 1 hour at 250°.

    Stir every 15 minutes.
