  • 1/2 c. light Karo
  • 2 sticks butter
  • plain popcorn

Directions

    Bring all ingredients, except popcorn, together in saucepan; boil for 5 minutes. Pop 2 gallons popcorn and empty onto cookie sheet. Pour syrup over popcorn and stir.

    Place in 350° oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
