- 16 c. popped corn
- 2 c. light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light Karo syrup
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except popcorn and baking soda.

2Dissolve mixture over low heat.

3Boil for 5 minutes on medium.

4Remove from heat and add baking soda.

5Stir and pour over popcorn, coating the corn.

6Bake at 250° for 30 to 35 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
