  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. white corn syrup
  • 1/2 lb. margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • Spanish-type peanuts
  • 2 gal. popped corn

Directions

    Combine brown sugar, corn syrup and margarine.

    Boil and stir 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat and add vanilla and soda.

    Add Spanish peanuts.

    Pour over popped corn and stir.

    Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
