- 16 c. popped corn (preferably air popped)
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Bring butter, brown sugar, syrup and salt to a boil.

2Reduce heat.

3Cook and stir 5 minutes.

4Remove from heat.

5Add soda. Pour over popcorn and mix thoroughly.

6Bake at 200° for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
