- 1/2 lb. or 2 sticks margarine
- 2 c. light corn syrup
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 (15 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1In heavy saucepan melt butter.

2Add corn syrup and sugar.

3Boil for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.

4Add 1 1/2 cans of milk.

5Mix flour with rest of milk.

6Add to syrup mixture. Boil until darkens and forms medium hard ball (240°).

7Stir constantly or mixture will stick.

8Add vanilla and pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

9Cool and cut into 1-inch pieces.

10Wrap in wax paper.
