- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
- 1 c. light Karo syrup
- 2 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Add remaining ingredients except vanilla.

3Cook to 238° (candy thermometer), stirring constantly.

4Remove from heat.

5Add vanilla.

6Pour into lightly buttered 7 x 11-inch pan. Let stand overnight, preferably in a cool place.

7Cut in small pieces and wrap.
