- 3/4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. butter
- 4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 egg
Directions

1Grease large bowl, set aside.

2Heat milk, water and butter in saucepan until very warm (120° to 130°).

3Combine 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast in bowl.

4Add heated mixture and egg.

5Beat at high speed 2 minutes.

6Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.

7Turn dough out on board; cover with bowl.

8Set 10 minutes. Knead until smooth 8 to 10 minutes.

9Shape into ball and put in prepared bowl.

10Turn once to grease top.

11Cover and let rise 45 minutes.

12Shape dough into balls.

13Place 3 balls to one muffin pan cup.

14Cover and let rise 45 minutes.

15Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
