- 1 serving Pasta
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Bacon (or ham or sausage)
- 1 tbsp White wine (optional)
- 1 *Egg
- 3 tbsp Cheese
- 1 dash *Black pepper
Directions

1Beat the ingredients marked * in a bowl.

2Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces.

3Finely chop the garlic.

4Boil the pasta in salt water for 1 minute less than the time indicated on the packet.

5(10 g of salt per litre of water.)

6Fry the oil and garlic over low heat.

7When it becomes fragrant, add and fry the bacon.

8Add the white wine, raise the heat to high to evaporate the alcohol, then turn the heat back down to low.
