- 1 lb. pork
- 1 lb. potatoes (white)
- 1 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 green pepper, cut chunky
- 1 red pepper, cut chunky
- 1 Tbsp. oil (vegetable)
Directions

1Season beef and pork to taste; let stand 1 hour.

2Heat oil in pot; add meats.

3Brown and cook, adding hot water, for 1/2 hour. Add other ingredients and cook for another 1/2 hour.

4Add Dumplings.

5Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

6Serve hot with vegetables or white rice.
