- 3 7/8 tablespoons carob flour
- salt
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 5/8 tablespoons sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 6 tablespoons milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2Sift the flours with the salt and the yeast.

3Add butter, sugar, egg, and milk, mixing with your fingertips, without kneading.

4Shape it into little balls and place them on a greased baking tray.
