- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 small can pineapple, crushed and drained
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 to 1 1/4 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Beat sugar and oil well.

2Add eggs and beat well.

3Add all dry ingredients.

4Fold in drained pineapple, carrots and nuts.

5Pour mixture into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.

6Bake at 350° for about 50 minutes.
