- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. each: baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. grated, raw carrots
Directions

1Beat together the sugar, oil, eggs and carrots.

2Sift dry ingredients together; add to first mixture.

3Blend thoroughly. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or a Bundt pan.

4Bake at 300° for 55 minutes, then bake at 325° for 10 minutes more.
