  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon (generous)
  • 1 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c. carrots
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Thoroughly mix ingredients, except carrots. Fold in carrots. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes. Use Bundt pan, lightly greased and floured.
