  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. grated carrots
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts

    Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan in a 300° oven for 60 minutes.
