- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. black walnuts, chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. walnut extract
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together until batter is smooth and well blended.

2Pour into a greased tube pan with removable bottom. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until done.

3Remove from oven and glaze white hot.
