  • 1/2 c. walnuts or pecans
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/3 c. raisins
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 c. chopped carrots

Directions

    Mix all dry ingredients together.

    Add eggs, oil and carrots. Bake in a 350° oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
