Ingredients
- 3 c. herb flavored stuffing mix plus rice
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz.)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 c. sliced, cooked carrots
- 1/3 c. melted butter
Directions

1Prepare herb stuffing as directed on package.

2Set aside. Melt 3 tablespoons butter. Add onion and saute until glassy.

3Add soup and cheese, stirring until heated through and cheese is melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

4Add the cooked carrots. Turn into greased casserole (2-quart). Cover with stuffing mix.

5Drizzle 1/3 cup melted butter over top.

6Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 6.
