- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 3 c. grated carrots
Directions

1Mix sugar and salad oil together.

2Add well beaten eggs and mix well.

3Combine dry ingredients and stir in.

4Mix until smooth. Add chopped pecans and grated carrots.

5Bake in 3 greased 9-inch layer pans at 325° about 30 minutes.
