  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 2/3 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 White pepper
  • 1 tsp Ground white sesame seeds

Directions

    Peel the carrot, then julienne into 4 cm lengths.

    Roughly grind the white sesame.

    Put the sesame oil in a frying pan, saute the carrots maintaining their bite, then season with salt and pepper.

    Turn off the heat, then add the white sesame seeds.

    It's delicious as is, but you can also use them in a tasty dish of bibimbap.
