- 1 medium Carrot
- 2/3 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 White pepper
- 1 tsp Ground white sesame seeds
Directions

1Peel the carrot, then julienne into 4 cm lengths.

2Roughly grind the white sesame.

3Put the sesame oil in a frying pan, saute the carrots maintaining their bite, then season with salt and pepper.

4Turn off the heat, then add the white sesame seeds.

5It's delicious as is, but you can also use them in a tasty dish of bibimbap.
