- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. leftover roast beef, cubed
- 3 c. cooked spaghetti
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- grated cheese
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in butter in skillet until tender. Blend in flour.

2Stir in milk.

3Cook until thick, stirring constantly.

4Add remaining ingredients except cheese.

5Pour into casserole.

6Top with cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
