- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 1 can tomato soup (condensed)
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Boil carrots in salt water until fork-tender.

2Cool.

3Mix with pepper and onion.

4Blend remaining ingredients.
