  • 1 green pepper, cut in strips *
  • 2 lb. sliced frozen carrots
  • 1 medium onion, sliced thin
  • 1 can tomato soup (condensed)
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions

    Boil carrots in salt water until fork-tender.

    Cool.

    Mix with pepper and onion.

    Blend remaining ingredients.
