  • 2 lb. fresh carrots
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/4 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 small onions
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • dash of pepper

    Peel and slice carrots.

    Cook in salt water and drain.

    Mix all remaining ingredients.
