  • 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 lb. uncooked chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 6 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 slices fresh ginger root, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. cashew pieces
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 c. chicken stock
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen Chinese pea pods, broken in half
  • 1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
