Cat'S Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 5) can squash, drained or 3 lb. fresh squash, cooked until tender and drained
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • black pepper and salt to taste

Directions

    Drain squash well.

    Mash with potato masher.

    Add eggs and blend in rest of ingredients.

    Pour into a greased baking pan. Cover with cracker crumbs that have been mixed with melted oleo. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
