  • 6 nice sized catfish fillets
  • 3/4 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. parsley flakes
  • 1 stick butter or margarine

Directions

    Melt margarine; dip fish to coat, then roll in mixture made of stuffing, cheese and parsley.

    Place flat in baking dish.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
