Cauliflower Casserole

  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • salt and pepper
  • a couple hunks Velveeta cheese
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Grease casserole dish with margarine.

    Add a layer of frozen cauliflower.

    Add 2 layers of Velveeta cheese.

    Mix and heat. Pour over casserole. Cover and bake at 325° for 1 hour.

    Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer.
