- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar or chocolate icing

1Separate biscuit dough.

2Cut hole in center of each biscuit. Fry biscuits and holes, a few at a time, in 1/2 to 1 inch of hot shortening or oil (375°), or use deep-fryer.

3Cook until golden brown, about 1 1/2 minutes on each side.

4Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with sugar or cinnamon sugar, or ice with homemade or prepared chocolate icing.

5Serve while warm.
