- 12 cups romaine lettuce, torn
- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 34 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 13 cup parmesan cheese
- 13 cup bacon bits
Directions

1Line bottom of large shallow bowl with 12 cups of bite size pieces of torn romaine lettuce.

2Top with cauliflower florets and onion slices.

3With spatula, spread mayo over entire surface of salad.

4Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bacon bits.

5Salad will be tossed just before serving.

6Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or for 8 hours.
