- 2 c. small fresh cauliflowerets
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. chopped canned pimiento
Directions

1Heat oil in skillet.

2Add cauliflowerets and cook covered over low heat 10 to 12 minutes; stir occasionally.

3Add peas, salt and dash of pepper; cover and cook 10 minutes.

4Stir in pimiento. Serves 8.
