- 3 pounds shrimp fresh, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup olive oil
- 13 cup parsley leaves fresh, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 each garlic cloves crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Combine olive oil and remaining ingredients in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish; stir well.

2Add shrimp, stirring gently; cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 8 hours, stirring occasionally; remove shrimp from marinade, using a slotted spoon.

3Reserve marinade, place shrimp on water soaked skewers, grill over hot coals basting with marinade.
