- 3 lb. raw (15 to 20 count) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Lawry's seasoned salt to taste
- 1 (13 oz.) original Open Pit barbecue sauce
- 2 oz. melted butter
- 3/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- drawn butter
- 6 lemon halves
Directions

1Start charcoal fire until coals are white.

2Place 10 shrimp on a skewer.

3Season lightly with Lawry's.

4Place skewers on the grill about 6-inches above coals.

5Broil 3 minutes on each side. Baste with barbecue sauce and keep turning and basting for 6 minutes.

6Remove from skewers and serve with drawn butter and lemon.
